Welcome to BeautifulWalls.Ai. This Delivery & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which we process, ship, and handle returns or refunds for poster orders placed through our Service. We partner with several trusted printing services, to fulfill your orders. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Delivery Policy

Highlights

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Delivery charges depend on the location and weight of your order.
• Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of order confirmation:
  • Upto 5 business days for metro cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai).
  • Upto 10 business days for other locations in India.

We strive to deliver your posters within the estimated timeframe of 5-10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as location, weather conditions, government restrictions, or courier delays. If your order is delayed beyond 12 business days (2 days past the maximum estimated range), you may be eligible for a refund (see Section 3 below).

If your order status shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. We will request Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Receipt (DRS) from our courier partner, which may take 4-5 business days to obtain. Please also check with your reception, security, or neighbors to confirm if someone received it on your behalf.

In case of a "Delivery Exception" (e.g., unable to deliver due to an incorrect address), we will notify you via email. Please respond within 1 day with updated delivery details. If no response is received, the package may be returned to our production unit, and reshipping costs will apply.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our posters, all orders are final once placed. Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

1. Delivery Delays: If your order is delayed beyond 12 business days (more than 2 days past the estimated 5-10 day range), you may request a refund.
2. Damaged Posters: If you receive a damaged poster, you may request a refund or replacement.

Process: To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order (or 12 business days from order confirmation for delays). Provide details of the issue, including photos of any damage. Once we confirm the issue, refunds will be processed and reflected in your original payment method within 7 working days.

No refunds or compensation will be provided for minor delays within the 5-10 day range or delays due to severe weather, government restrictions, or courier issues beyond our control.

4. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only if the poster is damaged or incorrect:

• Damaged Product: If the exterior packaging is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, do not accept it. Take a photo and send it to us at [email protected] while rejecting the delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
• Internal Damage: If the poster inside is damaged despite intact packaging, contact us within 14 days with photos or a video of the unboxing. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong poster, notify the carrier during delivery and contact us immediately with evidence.

Returned items must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery if visibly damaged. For internal damage, returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
